Style Flapper Vintage
Would it be werid to wear a wig...just to change hair color?
I dyed my hair twice in one year over a year ago and its still recovering from damage. I can style it and it looks fine, but its still unhealthy.
Now its this dull blonde/brown color, but my natural honey blonde is coming in...just taking forever! I haven't touched it a year and its showing......
Anywho recently I saw this old fashioned pic of a vintage flapper girl and she had dark hair and pale skin, red lipstick. I loved it!
But I don't want to dye my hair dark brown/black, because of the damage, it will be hard to get back, and my sisters wedding is in another year! (yay her!)
Would it be weird to just wear a wig for a couple months? I found one with my hair style exactly just in dark brown, almost black!
And it look like totally natural hair...would it be weird? I mean i've been asking about dying it, so everyone would probably think that's just what I did right?
I dunno....its so tempting! Plus it would be fun...like wearing make-up, etc.

Go for it. Wigs look more realistic than people assume. Also, they don't fall off as easily as people think. They're really fun to wear and are great because they don't damage your hair. Just be sure to read up on how to take care of them, or you might ruin it. They don't follow the same rules as human hair.
