I’ve always liked Mannequin. I have never really been able to understand what it is she’s singing. I’ve searched the lyrics but they vary from site to site. I really wish she would’ve done the rehearsal choreo from 2008 while on tour in Europe last year. She did have a hand in writing the song, that is true.But it seems like she’s wanting to have her way and someone is trying to change things or change her and she is not wanting that. She’s saying to them “adjust” cuz I ain’t changing. When they look at her as if to read her face to tell if she’s serious she is like a mannequin meaning she’s set in a certain stance. She’s not gonna conform and she’ll do things as she pleases. One hundred percent her way and that’s that. My interpretation. Anyone else?
