where can i get a cheap mannequin?

i want a mannequin for a present that i am giving to my best friend. where can i get a preferably full body one? i need it inexpensive. if i cant find one for cheap then i will make one myself out of tape. (i looked up how). would it be weird to ask someone at say old navy or macys if i can have a mannequin? who at the store would i ask and what would i ask exactly? i am 13 years old so i dont think they would give one to a teenager...
help please! thanks

Go to Macy's, the teen departments mannequins are usually different colors, and ask the manager of the store if you can purchase one. Explain why you want it, and if no luck buy one of the internet or make it. Here are some links from amazon and such:
