Help....clothing design..!?
As a summer project, I really want to make an adorable romantic flowy ruffly strapless dress (with about three tiers at the waist... like this http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=259102.0 (scroll drown to see it)
and I was wondering how I should go about doing this (keep in mind I'm a sixteen year old with limited (but not too limited) funds. should I go to goodwill and buy a dress form or tailors dummy? and what materials and sunsh should I get.

Go to your local fabric store and look through the books of clothes you could sew. They have patterns and fabric suggestions, and the employees would love to help you too! Good luck.
