HOW CAN I LEAR TO DO FINGER WAVES?
I have been searching this board for 2 days and I get lie after lie. I had finger waves when I was a teenager and the back of my hair was flat ironed. I paid $70, because my hair reaches the middle of my back. I found this answer which is false. This other person ask about finger waves with her long hair and the answer she got was. by Shortstu: You could try calling a salon & asking if they have any patrons with long hair who come in for finger waves. Truthfully, I have never seen anyone with long hair get finger waves, only those with short hair. I had to learn how to do finger waves when I was in Cosmetology school, but we practiced on short haired mannequins or live models who had short hair. It's easier that way. This isn't true, because I had finger waves done for 2 years strait. The only prob was I into my looks and didn't try and learn. Can someone help me please.
Wow, I haven't had finger waves since the early 90s, lol. Are people still wearing them today?
If you need a tutorial so that you can visually see how they're done then try youtube. There's every tutorial under the sun on there. As for others lying about finger waves, then consider that everyone speaks from their personal experience and that's usually the only way they can approach the situation. If your experience is different then that doesn't mean the other person is lying. Someone saying they've only seen it done on short hair is a fact - it's based on their personal experience, and they never said it can ONLY be done on short hair. But, to be honest, you mentioning the other posts you've read (no one reading your Q has seen the other answers you've mentioned) and this kinda distracts and convoluted your post, IMO.

Restaurant owner gets to keep scantily-clad mannequin
Short film about kid who kills mannequins who turn out to be people.?
I saw a short film about a year ago online. This kid drives into town, hits a mannequin. The mannequins start freaking him out and threatening him so he kills a family of them with a baseball bat. Then he gets arrested as they turn out to be people. Does anyone know the title or where i could watch this again? Thanks.

Nathan Evans, a young college student suffering from sleep deprivation, drives along a highway after finals. Stopping in a small town, he discovers the towns people are mannequins. In an attempt to escape his nightmare Nathan runs into a residential, to find a mannequin family.
