fashion boutique themed room?
I want to have a fashion store themed room. So far im thinking of hanging fashion posters, and putting up shelves to display my shoes and stuff, and maybe get a hold of a mannequin. Any other ideas?

Question about shopping etiquette in Japan?
I was at a store in Japan today and saw this handbag that I loved hanging on a mannequin. I didn't see another anywhere on the shelves. Would it be taboo of me to take it off the mannequin to buy? My Japanese language skills are pretty limited so I didn't know how to ask someone working about it.
not a problem unless you damage it. it's politer to ask a staff first, but don't really have to do so at shops like uniqlo. just remember it's not yours until you pay for it.
if you wanna ask a staff here are some short words for you.
"mite mo ii desuka?" (can I have a look?)
"kore wo mite mo ii desuka?" (can I have a look at this?)
"are wo mite mo ii desuka?" (can I have a look at that?)
