What size battery for a 95 Mercury Sable?
What size was the original equipment battery for a 95 Sable, with a 3.8 liter engine? Or what would be a good replacement be. My kids drive the car, it has 120,000 miles on it. I don't want to spend a fortune. Also, whats the cheapest best place to buy one. Auto parts store, or department store?

How does a retail store know the original purchased item is being returned when a refund is requested?
More and more large retail stores like Walmart and Costco allow customers to return purchased items to them and obtain a full refund within a certain time limit. But when someone presents the receipt and the supposedly purchased item (such as a camera or whatever) to the customer services department, how do they know 1) this guy didn't just take the same camera off the shelf in the store (as the one he originally purchased), bring it to them requesting that camera to be "returned" with the original receipt showing that a camera of the same type was purchased the day before, or 2) this guy didn't simply bring another camera (of the same type) he purchased a year ago (which is still looking new but broken) to the store requesting a refund?
That's actually quite a good question. I am not quite sure why those stores are implementing such policies. (I work in the accounting field and I guess I honestly don't know the answer to your question - nor can I figure out how a store would know if the item being returned is original or stolen. I've also spent decades working in the retail store sector - mainly grocery stores).
I happen to know a woman who makes a decent 'side living' merely by stealing items from Walmart and then 'returning' them for store credit. After a while, she racks up enough store credit to 'purchase' a big ticket item like a flat-screen TV or a stereo, for example. I wish she wouldn't do it (she has been caught before and has done jail time for her shoplifting habits), but she IS quite good at it and it seems to overall work out for her (she mostly has better electronic gear than I do LOL).
As a business owner, yes, I'd be OK with returns WITH a receipt, but I simply cannot understand why Walmart accepts returns even WITHOUT a receipt.
