Christmas Mannequin

I saw this film late at night on television a few years ago.

The parts I remember were a scene at a children's school dance. When a group of Kids suddenly hop into a car with a woman, which I assume was being chased.

Then another scene I remember was that, the car was about to explode and the lady got all of the children out just before the explosion.

They had all thought, that she had died. But she reappears at the end of the film.

It is a Christmas film, where a widowed father and daughter try to celebrate Christmas. I believe that they're Christmas tree may have caught fire at some point in the film. The daughter wishes for a mum and I believe, that she wishes for a mannequin to come alive.

If anyone one could help me out, that would be great.

and i really want to change my look by getting bangs. Do you think that would work? What type of bangs should i get? Do you know of any celebs who have this or any pictures of this type of style (curly w/ bangs) so i could get ideas?
