Looking for early 2000's female UK singer/video?
I can't remember the name of the woman or group or the lyrics, but recall the tune and the video well. It's a british (maybe irish?) singer with a strong sharp accent (to a yank). The song is something about leaving a guy cuz he's a jerk. In the video, she's dressed up in a wedding gown in the front street display of a fancy shop, as a mannequin, and starts to wiggle and move, finally shattering the glass and getting free (symbolic of course). Great tune, I really really wish I could know who she is! It was played a lot one time I was over in ireland sometime in the very very late 90's or early 2000's, can't recall more specifically. Sound at all familiar?

I'm not where sure where to ask this weird Q?
Husband and I live in an urban area and we do a lot of baby sitting as well as are going to have babies ourselves soon. That is why it bothered me so much when I pulled up to my grocery store today and noticed the sex store next doors window display.The sex store is a chain and all over our city (ive been in one or two) but always with blackened windows and never with window displays. This has mannequins in the window in S&M gear in sexual positions. I am by no means a prude but this is on a man drag and right next to a grocery store. Who would I contact to complain about this and see about having it removed? Thanks so much
Whoa, instead of going straight to city hall or the police, how about asking the store owner to reconsider FIRST???
THEN, if he refuses, you bring in the "big guns," but the correct thing to do about any problem is to start at the source, in this case, the store owner, and at least give the guy a chance to remove it or defend keeping it before you drop a bomb on the poor sap, OK?
I mean, let's say, hypothetically, you put up some decorations on your house that somehow someone found objectionable... who would you like to hear about it from first, a concerned neighbor who stops by for a nice chat, or the police pounding on your front door?
So, do the right thing and stop in and talk to the guy first, OK? And be polite about it, too- don't go in there with both guns blazing, so to speak.
Sheesh, everybody's so trigger-happy nowadays, whatever happened to talking things through, neighbor to neighbor?
