Extra Wht Top

she gave us this eye dropper , a bottle(like a big pepsi bottle) , and a nut

so i have to cut the stemm off ...of the eye dropper
and i have to put the nut in the end of it
then i have to fill the whole bottle up with water
and when i sqeeze it the eye dropper thing is gona come to the bottom and when i un-seqeeze it its gona go on the top again

so my question is: we are supposed to make a theme..like one student did a jelly fish and his girlfriend....it was in a 2 different bottle....so basically she decorated the eye dropper thing into a jellyfish....but i have no idea wht materiall she used..

so....do you any theme..or any idea how i can decorate it.....and wht materialls that are suitable for water...i mean its gona be in water so i dont wana use like paper ..or glue...thanxx
