Q: Can a transsexual be fully a woman?
A: Yes, but to a point- hormonally, physically, psychologically, and emotionally (basically all the aspects of being a female that society considers important), but not genetically- a person who got a sex change will still have XY, or male, chromosomes. A test for XX (female) or XY (male) will show that the person is genetically male.
Some people don't believe this, that "you can always tell" a person got a sex change based on the look of their genitals, and this is wrong. Female genitals come in a huge variety of different looks- no female looks exactly any ther female in the genital department. There is a good chance that a gynecologist won't be able to tell, and they specialize in what vaginas look like. For all intents and purposes, internally, you would look like a hysterectomized female- vagina, but no cervix (opening that leads into the womb).
A real transsexual desires to be fully transformed into a woman, and no half steps will be acceptable. They will not be happy AT ALL with having male parts on their crotch- it's embarassing to them and disgusts them that they have male parts attached to them. A transsexual sees a penis as something foreign attached to their body- that it shouldn't be there in the first place. A transsexual also doesn't want to become a woman because of a fetish- there is no erotic component to transformation for them. A transsexual is a woman in a male body, so I refer to them as "she".
Now, a man who has a fetish about being feminized will seek breast implants, may take a few hormones (but nothing like a transsexual, who takes them every day, nonstop), and get some surgeries to make them look more female. I must reinforce the idea here that THEY ARE MEN. They have no desire to have their penis removed, they just have a sexual fetish about being a woman.
Sometimes, when a real transsexual is in the middle of their transition and they need money to get more operations, AND they still have male parts, some will swallow their pride and go into the pornogarphy business to make money to finish their transformations. They don't like it, but they will do it to get money to get their sex changes. Some persons that are half woman-half man are really men and just in the business to satisfy another fetish- they are also exhibitionists.
I don't know what the numbers are for the proportion of real transsexuals and shemale exhibitionists, but a transsexual is in it for one thing only- to get money to get a sex change. A fetishist would be in it just to satisfy a fetish. If a person in this situation is constantly talking about getting a sex change, they are more than likely a real transsexual, and as soon as they can afford a sex change, they will be out of the business.
This should help…
