Pant Form Display
Question about late mother's clothes for yard sale. Grateful to be told how best to display? Gen. prices?
My late mother had some very good clothes, stylish pants suits, silk, good taste. Have a lot in closet. Wondered best way to display for yard sale. These are nice clothes, and so would not want to just donate. Financially could use money and would be good item think with broad items selling in garage sale. Also, in my tax situation any credit for donation would be not be useful; file short form.
So any suggestions about where to put, how? Also, what would be a ball park figure for prices? Realize object is to sell cheap and get rid of, but still information on this greatly appreciated. Grateful for any time and thoughts.
You could do some research on ebay and search the auctions that have ended for items that are the same brand as the clothing you have. You might even want to sell it on ebay, you'll fetch better prices than you generally would in a yard sale. You could always sell the items that didn't sell on ebay in the yard sale later. Consignment stores are fun too, but you have to have them cleaned/ironed first. Good luck!
