Form Sitting
For many of us we make our living sitting on our bottoms. Working behind a desk or counter is a classic way of life for many professionals. But after awhile, putting all that attention on sitting can take it's toll on our comfort. That's why having an office chair cushion is a great way to make the work place more tolerable.
When you talk about these devices there are many images that come to mind. The first is the classic, simple padding that you sit on and it provides a little extra clearance between you and what you're sitting on. In this category there are so many variations of the basic design. Some come with just a foam insert. Others are manufactured with denser foam that raises the tail bone off of the chair and keeps you comfortable longer. You can also find some that have the center portion of the padding taken out so that the tailbone rests comfortably between the two halves for less strain on that area.
For those who experience difficulty raising themselves on and off of a chair there is relief for you, too. It comes in various styles and designs. Some of these ingenious creations come with a air piston that assists a person when they start to rise out of a chair. As your body weight is relieved off of the pad, the lift takes over and pushes part of your body weight off of the chair. There are also models that lift 100 percent of your weight at the touch of a button. So no matter what you are looking for, you can find an office chair cushion that is comfortable and practical.

What is the Uk law on sitting an exam at you college for a subject you have sat independently learnt?
i've learnt a subject independently; as my sixth form wouldn't let me do it, and i was wondering whether they could stop me from sitting that exam if i pay for it? and i cant find the law on it or anything anywhere! Help.
There is no law on it.
However, your sixth form certainly doesn't have to allow you to enter under their name when they have not taught you. Why would they, when so many parents put so much stock in league tables?
If your sixth form wouldn't let you do a subject as they don't teach it, why should they run a special exam just for you?
If they wouldn't let you do it because you weren't at the level they require, I would very much doubt they want your result included in their statistics.
If it was purely a timetable clash, I can't see why they'd say no.
