   No mistake. You had so little income, they weren't supposed to.

   For federal, non-dependent, file and get the $2.29 back PLUS $166 for the making work pay credit.

   (Making Work Pay is a special deal for 2009 and 2010. If your income is below $75,000, you can get up to $400 based on wages. It's rebate of the first $400 of social security taxes paid.)

   I dunno.. but I thought if you made less than 2k, you dont even have to file, so maybe you're only taxed on above that
