Does Anyone know where I can Buy a Dressform for around $100?
I really need a dress form but I don't want to spend $300 for one, does anyone know where I can buy on for around $100, please no Online stores. and I don't mind if there used.

If this does not work out check with Joann.com and they have them from 130 to 350 even the 103 are adjustable.. You can go on line and check the nearest store to you and see if they can help you to get one in the store otherwise they will ship it to you and check to have them ship it free but you have to tell them in advance of giving them the order. I have been dealing with them for a while now and have no complaints. Hope this helps you.

Dress Form - Corset
Where can I find the most inexpensive plus size dress form (dressform)?
I am looking for a dressform that has at least a 45" waist. I am trying to stay under $100 (could be impossible though!). Any ideas??? HELP!

Don't spend your money on buying one -- make one yourself. A few years ago in "Threads" magazine, they demonstrated 3 varieties of "body doubles" to make with a friend at home. One method involved wearing a T-shirt you wouldn't mind ruining, having your friend wrap you in duct tape, carefully cutting through the layers of duct tape and the t-shirt, re-seaming it with more duct tape and then stuffing it with poly-fil and mounting it on a stand. It's more true to your shape and you can easily make another one should your size change. Also, because it is soft, you can pin your pattern or fabric pieces directly onto it. There were a few other methods of making your own, too, but this seemed the easiest. Remember, too, that a store-bought dress form will never exactly match your contours, even with all of the dials on it. Go to the link below and good luck!
